Titrator Service & Calibration

We perform annual service and calibrations on titrators such as Metrohm, Radiometer and Schott Instruments. Manufacturer tests in accordance with the service manual are performed such as keyboard and screen test, burette leakage, motor drive time, piston drive distance, burette cylinder condition, seal condition, seal greasing, electrode response time, electrode calibation and most importantly our proprietry method of checking the calibration accuracy and repeatability of the burettes dispensed volumes.
Many factors have to be taken into consideraton and a particular method followed to attain the correct results when performing a test for the dispensed volume. Many attempts can be made with incorrect results without this proper knowledge and procedure of which took us many months to research and perfect.
